"Last session of a two-day company meeting reserved as a training session. There's no worse graveyard shift. Yet with so little time available for training I wanted people to learn. And the One Minute More session did just that. Even those that had been sitting back for the past two days suddenly sat forward and became active. The entire group was active, and that's the first time I've seen that happen in training when the group is made up of juniors, middle managers and senior executives. Even our visiting CEO references the session.

So much of corporate training is about process. How to do things better, how to get the result, how not to fail. One Minute More deals with what it is that makes humans want to deal with humans, which is the underlying principle of trade. It deals, in a personally relevant way, with what human interaction is all about. I've read the book and had the privilege of sitting through the session. I now carry those learnings with me the way I do the manners my parents imparted on me. And may days are better for doing both.

I can't recall company training being so relevant to my every day, in and out of business, in its entirety. Most of the stuff I've learned and read in my many years has been partly applicable. You take from teaching what you can apply. However, with One Minute More I took the entire principle and have made it mine. And it has done exactly what it would have said on the can, if you could can it."

"Looking forward to your next book. It is not a book that you lay nextto you and continue reading the next day. No you want to finish it as soon as possible. What interesting material. I have given One Minute More to my neighbour and....she is enjoying it too. My respects for this great writer!"

"Sometimes books that encourage us to improve ourselves and our relationships with others can be a little overwhelming. You may feel as though you should go and sit on a mountain top and meditate for a month before you actually can begin to acheive results. This is not so with Terrie Andersons One Minute More. Within days of reading this book and following the succinctly written advice on how to improve our communication with others I could see the difference in the way people reacted to me when I just gave them that little bit extra.
I am a small business owner and am always interested in great results in a reasonable amount of time. One Minute More is easy to read and benefits are immediate.
This book would be beneficial for everyone! From teenagers to executives.
If you only ever read one self improvement book,THIS IS THE ONE!"
